1. Who we are

DeskDot™ is an independent product by Shiv Patel, India. It is unofficial: not made, endorsed or supported by Shenzhen Heaton Technology Co., Ltd. or the iDotMatrix brand. “iDotMatrix” is a trademark of its owner and is used only to describe compatible panels.

2. Age

DeskDot is intended for users aged 13+; the casino is 18+ only; under-18s need a parent's or guardian's permission to use DeskDot.

3. Using DeskDot

• DeskDot is free today. The licence of the software itself is described on the Licence page; third-party components are listed under Open-source licences.
• Use DeskDot lawfully and only with panels and accounts you are allowed to use.
• Don't misuse the service: don't try to break or overload the site, the multiplayer rooms or the data proxy.

4. Casino: play money, no gambling

The casino games use play chips only. Credits are free and have no cash value: they can't be bought, sold, transferred, won as prizes or exchanged for anything. You must not use DeskDot to organise gambling: no entry fees, no real-money stakes, no cash settlement of credits, no prizes.

5. Hardware & safety

• DeskDot is unofficial software. It talks to your panel over Bluetooth using its publicly observable protocol. It does not change the panel's firmware.
• Using third-party software may affect the manufacturer's support or warranty. Check their terms.
• Follow the manufacturer's safety instructions (power supply, heat, brightness, continuous use).
• We are not responsible for damage caused by misuse, modified hardware, or third-party apps and services.
• Live data (weather, flights, markets, scores, earthquakes) may be delayed or wrong: don't rely on it for safety, financial, travel or medical decisions.
• Stocks and crypto: for information only, not investment advice.

6. Liability

DeskDot is provided as it is, without warranties, to the extent the law allows. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, and for paid users our total liability is capped at the fees paid in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have by law as a consumer.

7. Privacy

How we handle data is described in the Privacy notice.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of India have jurisdiction. Consumer forums remain available to you as the law provides.

9. Changes

We may update these terms; the date and version above will change when we do.
